Works just as expected and is a piwerhouse in the kitchen. The just one thing that would exist useful is a quick note to come up with the unboxing re: the spring on the cam arm. As of tardily 2016, the locking mechanism that holds the beater or whisk does non come up with a spring or retention washer. At commencement I thought this was a manufacturing defect, but a quick google search told me otherwise. While kitchenaid has not updated their literature, it would be helpful to include a half page insert merely explaining that this is to be expected. Overall though, the motorcar is great!

Rated v out of five by kitchylady from So Pretty and tranquility, the Rolls Royce of mixers! I got this mixer for Xmas and I was not disappointed. The quality of the automobile is as I expected from KitchenAid. Beloved dear information technology. Much quieter than cheap mixers, the connectors for accessories are stronger than cheap mixers as well, which over again as I would look of these mixers. It looks great and I love using it! The only con that i accept noticed is that the pouring cover it comes with is very flimsy and does non stop overflow of dry ingredients which I plant out on my get-go utilise, now i make sure I do a little dry out at a time and add wet to stop this. The only way KitchenAid could make this any improve is to have an overflow encompass than fits over the bowl without the infinite that the pouring cover has!

I have yet to try it out, but I bought information technology since I've started blistering recently, in particular making macarons :)) The only thing that concerns me is that the wire whisk zipper has blackness residue when I bear on it, even though I've already carefully manus washed information technology. If it isn't stainless steel like KitchenAid claims, and instead a metal such as aluminium that would explain it. I searched that blackness rest from metals such as aluminium isn't harmful however I'k extremely disappointed that KitchenAid's claims are non reflected in its products and that they've compromised the quality of their products.

I have many happy memories using my mom's mixer and I'm and then happy I now have one of my ain. It is everything I wanted and more. I'm already making lots of beautiful messes and delicious treats with it!

I love baking cakes from my new Beatrix Bakes cook book (a well known Melbourne cafe) and over lockdown for COVID19 it has been the perfect gift. I am able to do my cake batters, buttercreams and sourdough all in the Kitchen Assistance. I tin't wait to endeavour the pasta maker and meat grinder for a burger/pasta night. My mum had a kitchen assist when I was growing up and I've always wanted one of my own. The almond cream color is so archetype, and the quality of the base and mechanics are incomparable. Would highly recommend to whatever food lovers!

I was disappointed to find that the ingredients at the bottom of the bowl does not get mixed and I would have to stop the machine once in a while to scrape the bottom manually stir the ingredients a bit. The other disappointing thing is that the dough hook is missing from my box. I inially thought maybe it did not come with the hook just a bank check on this website says it does. The plastic cover with a feature for adding ingredients feels flimsy and does non friction match the quality of the remainder of this heavy duty motorcar.
